Director of Data Analytics and Reporting at HealthStat Inc.
Jasmine Wazaney is the Director of Data Analytics & Reporting at Healthstat, Inc. and is extremely passionate about the data. She works closely with all key stakeholders to understand/define objectives, and analytics needs; collaborating internally and externally to design, construct, and innovate solutions leveraging data analytics and reporting.
Jasmine began working with Healthstat as a contracted data/reporting analyst at the beginning of 2015. Seemingly the perfect fit, with a Degree in Mathematics for Business, a concentration in Statistics, a Minor in Computer Science, and a past life in fitness, athletics, health and wellness; Jasmine quickly learned that it was truly the culture, the people, and the ability to make an impact that made Healthstat the perfect place to call home.
Since working at Healthstat Jasmine has evolved into a thought leader, an SME, and sits on multiple committees getting involved on the technical and clinical side of things. She plays an important role in maintaining Healthstat’s NCQA and AAAHC certifications, building QI Studies & Whitepapers, as well as supporting some key relationships with the Johns Hopkins’ ACG/Population Health teams and the eClinicalWorks Community Analytics/Population Health teams.
When Jasmine isn’t playing in the data or out supporting groups like “Women in Healthcare IT," “Women in Data Science” and “Women in STEM," she’s on adventures with her family, and teaching her toddler the importance of her “1, 2, 3’s..."
