Lunch: A brown bag lunch may be brought in or Einstein’s Bagels is located in the lobby of Center City.
Parking: Parking will not be covered. We recommend using the 7th street parking deck. The pay to park lots near the building are full during week days. Parking is very limited in the area and we suggest that you walk, take the lightrail or carpool if possible. Please refrain from parking in UNCC's parking lots, as you could be ticketed.

Director, Machine Learning at Thomas Jefferson University

Phillipe works at the Computational Medicine Center at Thomas Jefferson University.  His work has contributed towards the discovery of thousands of new molecules, new classes of molecules, and a better understanding of diseases and biological pathways.  Data science and big data play a huge role in his work, where he has authored or co-authored dozens of papers in leading medical journals.  Prior to joining Jefferson, Phillipe worked at IBM and focused on projects involving mobile, security, cloud, collaboration, and unified communications
